Ok, 1st of all, I'm super impressed with what you put together TopStar. . . .  .Wow!
All the information was well organized with detailed steps and the links were awesome!  :D

2nd, There is NO WAY my primitive brain could handle that.  :-\
So, with the gracious help (ok,she did it all) of Mrs. Coyote, we are about done but. . . . . .

For some reason the Wii isn't responding to the remotes. We can access the game through the USB option on the main Wii menu. Then we can enter into the ExciteBots game but then won't respond after that (when you're supposed to press 2 to continue). The remotes work fine up to that point.

Is there something that needs to be changed in the settings of ExciteBots? The remote still works at that point. Just stops working after I press start. . . . .

Glad to see you guys survived that long tutorial. :P Unfortunately I never encountered that error with the Wii remotes.  :-X

You're able to scroll around on the USB loader channel with your Wii remote and select games (in this case EBTR) but once you get in, the controls shut off....hmm.

How new is the Wii remote you're using? Does it have a Wii-Motion Plus in it? My Wii is from launch as is my controllers. Did you try re-syncing the remote with Wii on the Wii Menu?

I have a remote that has Wii-Motion built in, I can test it out and see if I experience remote issues and I'll report back.

My Wii remote with Wii motion built in does not work in the usb loader so I can't even get to ExciteBots.

I don't know how many remotes you have or what type but try all of them. Also, just to be safe, check to see if the remotes still work through the disc method.
